     The Mameluke style

In Mameluke style- Egypt {14-15th century} the ceramics of the first half characterized by using the black and blue colors while the ceramists holding his inherited traditions throughout the previous ages. However there are some ceramics that influenced with that of Sultan Abad’s city,  Iran which is from relief under glaze. The difference here was that the Mameluke’s ceramics have third lobe leaves which is far from Nature and similar to sultan Abad’s ceramics. There are another group that is similar to the Iranian city, Kashan Ceramics the decorations were  under glaze.

During the mid of {8th –14th A.D} The Egyptian ceramics have been influenced by decorations, and colors of chinese Borceline and  Seladion vessels which was imported from China to Suez port in Egypt.
